About the role

As Head of Finance at Textiles & Goods, you'll play a business-critical role, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team. The business includes four Grandpa stores and the Brixtol Textiles brand, managing the entire value chain from design and production to marketing and sales across wholesale, our own stores, and e-commerce.

You'll have a significant opportunity to influence how Textiles & Goods develops in the years ahead. We're in an exciting phase of transformation, strengthening our finance function, modernising the way we work, and building the foundation for profitable growth. You'll be responsible for building a modern finance function with clear financial governance, data-driven ways of working, and smart use of technology.

This is a hands-on, operational role. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical execution, taking an active role in establishing processes, internal controls, reporting, and ways of working. Your mission is to build the financial foundation that enables better decision-making across the business while fostering a culture where financial accountability and data-driven decision-making are embedded throughout the organisation.
