The available delivery methods in your country will be shown when you enter your address in our checkout. You will also see the expected delivery time and shipping cost in the checkout.
DHL Parcel Connect – get your order delivered to a DHL Service Point or parcel machine.
FedEx International Connect Plus: Home delivery or delivery to an Access Point. You will receive an SMS from FedEx where you decide how you prefer your delivery. If you choose home delivery it will be delivered during weekdays between 9 am to 5 pm. Ensure someone is home to sign for the delivery, otherwise they will not leave the parcel.
Instabox Box Delivery - Available in Denmark. Easy and contactless pick-up at parcel lockers. Choose when and where you want to pick up or return your parcel. Receive updates, access additional delivery options, and book returns via the tracking link you will receive by SMS. Your package is in the box for three bank days. After three days, Instabox will bring your parcel back to their warehouse and you can then within 10 days order a new delivery to the same, or another parcel locker, at no extra cost.
Budbee Box Delivery - Available in the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, and Belgium. Easy and contactless pick-up with a PIN code. Choose when and where you want to pick up or return your parcel. Receive updates, access additional delivery options, and book returns in the Budbee app or via the tracking link.
Budbee Home Delivery - Available in the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and Belgium. Home delivery to your door from afternoon to 10 pm with only fossil-free and renewable fuels. With Budbee, you choose the date and time for your delivery yourself. You receive updates and can follow your order in real time in the Budbee app or via SMS. Additional delivery options and returns are available via the Budbee app or the SMS tracking link.
Import duties and taxes
Purchases outside the European Union may be charged with import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages
If you don’t collect the parcel it will be returned to us, we will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed parcel. The fee charged is as follows:
