Terms & Conditions

Prices include local VAT, apart from orders from US, UK and Switzerland where the prices are tax-free.  Purchases outside the European Union may be charged with import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred. 

Order and delivery confirmation

When you have completed a purchase you will automatically receive an order confirmation. However, it is only when you have received a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and sent. Should a problem arise with your order, we will contact you via email. In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order.

Delivery

The available delivery options for your country are shown in our check-out.  Our different shipping services are FedEx International Economy, DHL Parcel Connect and UPS Standard. The shipping cost and expected delivery time will be shown in the checkout.  We ask you to contact our customer service if your package has not arrived within 8 bank days so we can allocate the parcel for you.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages

If you don’t collect the parcel it will be returned to us, we will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed parcel. The fee charged is as follows:

  • Denmark DKK 300
  • United Kingdom GBP 30
  • Europe EUR 40
  • USA USD 50

Return

We have a 14-day returns policy starting from the day of receiving your package, sale items included. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and including all tags. 

Please send us your returned goods with a trackable shipping option to the below address. Include a note with your name and order number.

If you live in UK, Switzerland or the USA it's important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise, we can't receive your return. For all customers outside of the EU, it's important that you mark the shipping documents with “Product return“ and include information about the product type, original tracking number and product value due to customs handling. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

You will get a confirmation by email from us when we have received and approved your return.

Sale and Holidays

The prices during sales are valid until we run out of stock. During sale periods and around Christmas a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended.
