We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you can return your order. We have a 14-day returns policy starting from the day of receiving your package, sale items included.

How to return your order:

  1. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, and unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with the original box.
  2. Fill in the Return form that was included in your package. 
  3. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from us

Return with Budbee

If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, or Finland and have got your order delivered via Budbee, book a return via the tracking link or the Budbee app. The return cost is 6 EUR / 50 DKK.

Return with Instabox

If you live in Denmark and have got your order delivered via Instabox, book a return via the tracking link you got by SMS. The return cost is 50 DKK.

Return with DHL

If you got your order delivered via DHL Parcel Connect, you can return your order using the included return shipping label. Drop off your parcel at a DHL Service Point. The return cost is 12 EUR / 90 DKK.

Return with FedEx

If you got your order delivered via FedEx and live in the EU, you can return your order using the included return shipping label. The return cost is 15 EUR / 100 DKK

Returns for USA & UK

For the USA & UK we, unfortunately, don't offer return shipping yet, so arrange the return to the address below. Use a trackable shipping option. Save the tracking number and send it to us by email:

If you live in the UK or the US you must pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise, we can't receive your shipment. Mark the shipping documents with “Product return“ and include information about the product type, original tracking number and product value due to customs handling.

Return Process

Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of your return. During periods of sales and promotions, processing times may be extended. Once the return process is finalized, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds will be issued within 2-5 business days by the same method you used to pay.
