Terms & Conditions

Prices include local VAT, apart from orders from US, UK and Switzerland where the prices are tax-free. Purchases outside the European Union may be charged with import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred. 

Shipping costs will be added to the prices unless otherwise stated. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase online at grandpastore.com. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required, as stipulated in the Swedish Parental Code. By placing an order at grandpastore.com, you approve of the current terms and conditions stated below and you certify that all information you have submitted about yourself is correct.

Order

When you have completed a purchase you will automatically receive an order confirmation. However, it is only when you have received a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and sent. Should a problem arise with your order, we will contact you via email. In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order. In the order confirmation, you will find all the details about your ordered products, along with the price, billing and shipping addresses. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact our customer service immediately.

Payments

Through Adyen we accept many different payment methods depending on what country you're ordering from. Adyen is one of the world's most renowned payment providers, which offers customers many options while keeping their payment details secure. Some of the payment methods available are:

Delivery

The available delivery options for your country are shown in our check-out.  Our different shipping services are FedEx International Economy, DHL Parcel Connect, UPS Standard, Budbee & Instabox. The shipping cost and expected delivery time will be shown in the checkout. We ask you to contact our customer service if your package has not arrived within 8 bank days so we can allocate the parcel for you.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages

If you don’t collect the parcel it will be returned to us, we will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed parcel. The fee charged is as follows:

  • Denmark DKK 300
  • United Kingdom GBP 30
  • Europe EUR 40
  • USA USD 50

Campaigns

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes may not be applied to, or combined with other campaigns or offers.

Product information

We cannot guarantee that our website is free of typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that a product will always be in stock. We cannot guarantee that photos provide an exact representation of a product’s appearance, since colours may look different on screen than they do in real life. Differences may also occur due to photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Return

We have a 14-day returns policy starting from the day of receiving your package, sale items included. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and including all tags. 

  • Return with Budbee or Instabox: If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark or Finland and have got your order delivered via Budbee/Instabox the return cost is 6 EUR / 50 DKK.
  • Return with DHL: If you got your order delivered via DHL Parcel Connect the return cost is 12 EUR / 90 DKK.
  • Return with UPS: If you got your order delivered via UPS and live in the EU the return cost is 15 EUR.

If you live in UK, Switzerland or the USA it's important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise, we can't receive your return. For all customers outside of the EU, it's important that you mark the shipping documents with “Product return“ and include information about the product type, original tracking number and product value due to customs handling. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

You will get a confirmation by email from us when we have received and approved your return.

Please note that our return policy differs for our store at Stockholm Quality Outlet. Products purchased at Stockholm Quality Outlet cannot be returned. Products purchased at one of our other Concept Stores or online cannot be returned at our store at Stockholm Quality Outlet.

Sale and Holidays

The prices during sales are valid until we run out of stock. During sale periods and around Christmas a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended.

Privacy Policy

Your personal privacy is important to us. In our Privacy Policy, we inform you about how we process your personal data and your rights as a customer. To summarize, we process your personal data:

  • To the extent required to be able to handle and deliver your order.
  • To give you offers and inspiration. Both through newsletters and targeted personalized marketing in social media, as well as online and offline.

  • To remind you of an abandoned "shopping basket".
