Can I cancel or change my order?
We can't make changes but we can cancel your order until you have received a confirmation that your order has been shipped. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.
My order has not arrived as planned, what happened?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time of delivery in your order confirmation, please contact email@example.com and we will help you locate your parcel.
How do I return an order/item?

How do I know if my return has been received?
Once we have received and processed your return, you will get an email confirmation of your return.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your return and processed it, we will initiate a transfer to the payment method used in the checkout. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days before your refund settles in your account.
