STORE MANAGER

As a STORE MANAGER you are a critical member within the Sales & Marketing department, managing a specific Concept Store(s) according to the frameworks set up by the brand. You will work closely with support functions at HQ, marketing, content creation and activation teams making sure that the customer experience and journey as well as the look-and-feel in our Concept Stores are always optimal. You are a very important voice of Grandpa in the local community and will always aim to represent the brand in the best possible way regardless of setting.

You will be based in our new Concept Store Grandpa SQO, reporting to HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING.

Main responsibilities

  • Work with HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING/CFO in setting budgets, targets, KPIs and identifying strategic and tactical priorities
  • Driving sales in the store, selling actively by yourself and coaching the team in sales and excellent customer service
  • Driven by service, making sure that the customers always get best possible treatment and constantly develop these methods further
  • Responsible for meeting set budgets (sales, gross margin and EBIT) and if not suggest measures for future improvement
  • Responsible for recruitment of needed NEW staff when decided and for onboarding of said staff
  • Close contact with the company’s Buying Department, making sure products are brought to market in the most impactful way possible (including but not limited to visual merchandising, launch events and sales initiatives)
  • Managing daily operations of the store such as staff scheduling, team communication, shipping and deliveries, overall maintenance of the store etc.
  • Responsible for inventory and stock-take according to set SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) with support by CFO
  • Follow up and analyze sales figures and KPIs continuously, plan and ensure the shop floor is optimized and suggest measures for future improvements
  • Create a safe and engaging work environment, see to that health and safety standards are adhered to in the store, and manage eventual external staff (e.g. security at events)
  • Ensure the store is merchandised and stocked properly and that the visual appearance of the store is always in line with Grandpa standards
  • Responsible for local marketing, promotion, promotional events and local activations

SALES ASSOCIATE, CONCEPT STORES

As a Grandpa SALES ASSOCIATE, you are a critical member within the Retail department. You make sure that the customer experience and journey as well as the look-and-feel in our Concept Stores are always optimal. You are a very important voice of Grandpa in the local community and will always aim to represent the brand in the best possible way regardless of setting.

You will be based in our new Concept Store Grandpa SQO, reporting to STORE MANAGER.

We expect you to do your utmost to increase turnover by being active as a SALES ASSOCIATE with the customers, working daily with upsales, keeping track of sales targets and key figures and keeping the store tidy and well stocked.

You must be a good representative for Grandpa both at work and in your free time as you are always the face of the company and the store and you have to be a team player.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively follow budgets, targets, KPIs presented by STORE MANAGER
  • Selling actively by yourself and offer excellent customer service
  • Driven by service, making sure that the customers always get best possible treatment and constantly develop these methods further
  • Responsible for daily store refills
  • Assist the STORE MANAGER in making sure the store is merchandised and stocked properly and that the visual appearance of the store is always in line with Grandpa standards
