We’ve extended our returns policy over the festive season offering more flexibility for all online purchases. All orders made between 6/11/2023 and 24/12/2023 can be returned up until and including 15/01/2024. Sale items included.
Have you made a return to us recently? Then we want to inform you that we recently moved to a new warehouse and are almost back on track! But our handling time for refunds is not back at our normal pace yet, unfortunately. We are working as fast as we can and will handle your return as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us when your return has been handled and refunded!
How to return your order:
Return with Budbee
If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, or Finland and have got your order delivered via Budbee, book a return via the tracking link or the Budbee app. The return cost is 6 EUR / 50 DKK.
Return with Instabox
If you live in Denmark and have got your order delivered via Instabox, book a return via the tracking link you got by SMS. The return cost is 50 DKK.
Return with DHL
If you got your order delivered via DHL Parcel Connect, you can return your order using the included return shipping label. Drop off your parcel at a DHL Service Point. The return cost is 12 EUR / 90 DKK.
Return with UPS
If you got your order delivered via UPS and live in the EU, you can return your order using the included return shipping label. The return cost is 15 EUR / 100 DKK
Returns for USA & UK
For the USA & UK we, unfortunately, don't offer return shipping yet, then arrange the return to the below address. Please use a trackable shipping option. Save the tracking number and please provide it to us if you have questions regarding your return.

If you live in the UK, Switzerland or the US it's important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise, we can't receive your shipment. Mark the shipping documents with “Product return“ and include information about the product type, original tracking number and product value due to customs handling.
Once we have received and processed your return in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
