  • Your order number and product name (you will find this in your order confirmation)
  • A description of the problem
  • Pictures showing the defect(s) as well as pictures of the entire product
  • If the product was delivered to you broken or dirty, we want pictures of the packaging regardless of whether it is complete or damaged.

Wait to return the product until your claim has been handled by us.
