We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you can return your order. During Christmas we have extended our return policy until 15/1 2023.
Our returns policy applies to sale items as well.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes.
Register your return here. Enter your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Please use trackable shipping options, so that the package can be traced.
If you live in Norway, Switzerland or the US it's important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise we can't receive your shipment.
For all customers outside of EU it's important that you mark the shipping documents with “Product return“ and include information about the product type, original tracking number and product value due to customs handling.
You will get a confirmation by email from us when we receive your return. We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
