Logistics Assistant

As LOGISTICS ASSISTANT you are an important member within the LOGISTICS department, ensuring that the company always delivers according to set standards, maintaining a high customer satisfaction (internal and external) and providing top-end service. In this role you will handle logistics and service in both retail and wholesale processes.

You will be based at TEXTILES & GOODS HQ in Stockholm reporting to the LOGISTICS COORDINATOR.

Main responsibilities 

·       Responsible for planning and executing inbound bulk shipments (wholesale). In this process you have close contact with the Brixtol Textiles production team as well as suppliers, transport providers and our 3PL partners. Responsible for that all preparations such as documentation, custom matters etc. are in place and handled, also optimizing cost and lead time

·       Responsible for the logistics and order fulfilment of the wholesale chain, from incoming order, ensuring packing and shipping by 3PL and issuing invoices (Daily), keeping set time schedules and top level service

·       Responsible for all administration regarding wholesale consignment customers, making sure monthly sales reports are provided, enabling issuing invoices in time. Support wholesale customers with all arrangements and admin regarding all returns of any goods

·       On a regular basis, physically go to 3PL partner to handle any cases regarding the logistic flows of goods and optimize routines and the supply chain

·       Handle all claims for wholesale, retail and online. Be the main contact for store managers, making sure the claim process is followed correctly, in time and reporting to the suppliers according to set SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)

·       Be the main point of contact for all customer support related questions for Wholesale and Brixtol Textiles D2C (Daily). Maintaining the top end level of service that is Textiles & Goods

·       Suggest measures for future improvement – and driving projects to optimize all matters that are “Customer Support” related

·       Support staff with arrangement and bookings of any internal logistics (including but not limited to Stores, Sample Sales, Promotion and Samples)

·       Supporting Logistics Coordinator with everything regarding Stock-takes/Inventory and the project management of such events. Supporting Logistics Coordinator in all actions/events within logistics where needed

System Requirements: Experience working with ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central and Centra Ecommerce/Wholesale Platform is of upmost importance.
