Rod is a functional vest equipped with two patch pockets and a buttoned chest pocket, and innerpockets. The vest is manufactured within Europe in the city of Birminghamn, UK, with a water resistant fabric made of BCI-Certified cotton. The water resistance is reached through the tradition of waxing the fabric. The padding in the quilted lining is made from recycled polyester certified under the Global Recycled Standard. The recycled material is derived from polyester textile waste that is sorted, cleaned and processed into new fibres used for padding. For a long lasting garment, periodically rewax the shell fabric.
